  Love this place... The quality of the building and fittings is exceptional and its so clean and tidy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and managers are fab.

  Waited over an hour for food, when restaurant wasn't even at it's capacity. Food was very average, pricy, and quite bland (I had a pulled pork cheeseburger, and added Welsh chilli onto it, which should, of been an explosion of flavour, but I was left very underwhelmed. My father (who's birthday we were celebrating) ordered a steak Burger, which was literally a slab of meat & a bun. The kids ordered sausage & mash off the kids menu, and were greeted with a dish that looked more like it was from the adults menu, they didn't like the "grown up/burnt" sausage (their words) they also ordered nachos for starters, which came dressed in salsa which neither of them like, you'd of thought they'd at least serve it on the side. At the end of the day, the waiting times were unacceptable, the price was too high, and the food was mediocre. The recent decor change looks nice though. If you're looking for a pub meal, go another 5 mins down the road to the otter, where the food quality & selection is much better, waiting times are minimal and there's always 2 for 1.
